I won't bore you with too many details but last nite the lady and I headed to Peels where my buddy Brandon is a Sous and we basically buried ourselves with AWESOME food.
Shrimp and Grits, killer.
Chorizo Tacos, awesome.
Smoked Kielbasa with BrusselKraut(trademark pending), krauty and smokey.
BUUUUT.......
THAT FRIED CHICKEN MADE ME WANT TO PUNCH MYSELF IN THE FACE!
Super tender, super juicy, super crunchy. You know, everything you want from fried chicken. I got the lowdown on the process and let me tell you....even if I told you, you aint got the time to pull it off right. SO THERE!
